Pricing questions.
Why per brand and not per file?
Because the brands with the biggest catalogues have the most to gain from being specified, and charging them the most for it is backwards. A plan covers a brand; generate as many files as you need.
What counts as a file?
One generated output — one IES, one Revit family, one datasheet PDF. Regenerating a file after a data change does not count again on any paid plan. On File Studio packs, each generated output uses one credit.
Do File Studio credits expire?
No. Buy a pack once and the credits stay on the account until you use them.
Can I start with File Studio and move to the Platform later?
Yes. Everything generated in File Studio comes with you, and unused credits are applied to your first Platform invoice.
Do you invoice, and can we pay by transfer?
Yes on annual plans and on Enterprise. Purchase order and bank transfer are available; card is fine on any plan.
