Online Tracking
Every order, project and certificate on a page your customer can check — on your domain, in your brand, updated from your dashboard or your ERP. A monthly subscription plus a fee per tracking.
Runs on your domain, in your brand. Your customers never see ours.
A tracking page for every order, on your own domain.
When a distributor asks where their order is, the answer should be a link, not a phone call. Every tracking has a number, a QR code and a page on your domain showing where the order stands, what is in it and which documents came with it. Stages are yours to define — confirmed, in production, QC passed, dispatched, delivered — and every update can go out by email or WhatsApp the moment you make it.
- Stages you define, in your wording
- Email or WhatsApp on every update
- Packing list, invoice and test report attached
- Embedded on your site, or at track.yourbrand.com
Certificates that prove themselves.
Warranty certificates, test reports and declarations of conformity are issued against an order or a serial, each with its own verify page. Scan the QR on the carton, the datasheet or the certificate itself and see whether it is genuine, current, and who it was issued to. Revoke one and the page says so. Every scan is logged.
- Warranty, test report, conformity — and your own types
- QR on the certificate, verify page on your domain
- Revocable at any time; every scan logged
- PDF generated in your template, in your languages
Four steps from your order book to a page your customer can check.
-
Connect
A snippet on your website, or a subdomain such as track.yourbrand.com. Your logo, your colours, your domain. One afternoon.
-
Create a tracking
From the dashboard, a spreadsheet upload, or the API when your ERP raises an order. Each one gets a tracking number, a page and a QR code.
-
Update the stages
Confirmed, in production, QC passed, dispatched, delivered — your stages, your wording. Each update can notify the customer by email or WhatsApp.
-
Issue the certificates
Warranty, test report, conformity — attached to the tracking, each with its own verify page. Anyone with the QR sees whether it is genuine and current.
What a tracking carries.
Order tracking
A number, a page and a QR for every order — status, contents, documents and the people to contact.
Project tracking
The same page for a whole project: several orders, one timeline, one link for the consultant and the contractor.
Stage timeline
Your stages in your words, with dates and notes. Nothing generic; a lighting order does not look like a parcel.
Documents attached
Packing list, invoice, datasheet, IES, test report — attached to the tracking, downloadable from the page.
Notifications
Email or WhatsApp to the customer on each stage change, from your name, in your wording.
Certificates
Warranty, test report, conformity and custom certificate types, generated as PDF in your template.
QR verification
A public verify page for every certificate: genuine or not, current or revoked, issued to whom.
API and ERP link
Create and update trackings from your ERP or order system; or upload a spreadsheet.
A monthly subscription, plus pay per tracking.
The subscription keeps the system running on your domain — pages, certificates, notifications, dashboard, API. Every tracking number you create draws one tracking from a pack; certificates attached to it are included. Unused trackings roll over and never expire.
The system on your domain: pages, certificates, notifications, dashboard and API.

Tracking questions.
What counts as a tracking?
One tracking number — an order, a shipment or a project — with as many stage updates, documents and certificates attached as it needs. Updating a tracking never uses another one.
Do unused trackings expire?
No. They roll over month to month and stay on the account until you use them. A tracking you have created stays online for as long as the subscription runs.
Does it run on our own domain?
Yes. Either a subdomain such as track.yourbrand.com, or a page inside your existing website. Your customers see your logo, your colours and your wording — never ours.
Can our ERP create trackings automatically?
Yes. The API creates and updates trackings when your order system raises or changes an order. Without an ERP, a spreadsheet upload does the same job in one step.
What happens to the pages if we stop?
Existing tracking pages and certificate verify links stay readable for ninety days after the subscription ends, so certificates already out in the field do not go dark overnight, and everything can be exported before then.
Give every order a page and every certificate a proof.
Tell us how many orders you ship a month and which certificates you issue, and we set the system up on your domain.
